SuRF provides products and services to businesses and individuals in three areas:

• Employee Development and Education: We provide an educational curriculum that creates awareness, interrupts and changes behaviors, and results in a fundamental, sustainable shift in outcomes as a result of participation.  Our philosophy is not to simply provide “training” programs but to provide education that results in productive change.  SuRF provides employee development and education programs in multiple areas–sales, leadership, management, teamwork, customer engagement and communications.  It is this commitment to education versus training that supports the transition to innovation, sustainability, and growth that make SuRF unique and valuable to businesses.
• Formulation Programming:  SuRF provides a unique and effective program for discovering and implementing innovation with its clients.  Our process in differentiated in two distinctive ways:
  • The use of technology to expedite and facilitate the discovery process.  The pace of our programs can reduce days of programming activity into hours.
  • The application of 360 participation in the programming process.  The participation and involvement at the 360 level provides a level if insight and interaction adds depth to the discovery process.
